Herstory: The Canadian Women's Calendar is officially launched every year in October or November. The event, held in Saskatoon, is always open to the public. The launch of Herstory 2010 was held on November 25 2009 and was hosted, as it has been for several years, by McNally Robinson Booksellers.
This year, for the first time, we were able to film the event. The video is available for viewing on YouTube.
Thanks to an alert reader, we now have the names of the seven members of the Society of Independent Spinsters whose photograph appeared in Herstory 1981 and in Inspiring Women.
